Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. Aloo Gobi Ingredients Cauliflower 1 (cut into thin pieces) Coriander leaves 4 tbsp (chopped) Carrot 1 (cut into cubes) Garlic paste 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Lemon 1 Onion 3 medium (sliced) Tomato 3 medium (sliced) Potato 2 medium (sliced) Green chilies 3-4 finely cut Oil 1/3 cup Cumin seeds 1 tsp Red chili powder 1tbsp Salt as required Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Whole garam masala 1 tbsp Method Heat oil, add onions, whole garam masala, fry until onion becomes light golden. Now add cauliflower, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste, stir continuously for 3 mins. now add potatoes cook for a while, now add tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and coriander power mix it well, add carrots and some water cover and cook util everything becomes tender, now add green chilies, coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice and switch off the flame. serve with chapaati :)   Video link  https://youtu.be/w1L3pTp7YUk

Chicken Broast Origenal Recipe Ingredients Chicken broast pieces 8 ( with skin ) Vinegar 1/3 cup Salt as required Red chili powder 1 tbsp Ajinomoto 1 tsp All purpose f;our ( maida )1 cup Cornflour 1/2 cup Rice flour 1/2 cup Garlic powder 2 tbsp Chicken powder 4 tbsp White pepper powder 4 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Ajinomoto 1 tsp Eggs 3 Oil for frying Garlic sauce ingredients Mayonnaise 1 cup White pepper powder 1/2 tsp Fresh cream 1 cup Salt 1/4 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Garlic clove 1 Method step 1:-  in bowl, add vinegar, salt as required, red chili powder, ajinomo and chicken pieces. mix well and marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Step 2:- In bowl, add Flour, cornflour, rice flour, garlic powder, chicken powder, white pepper powder, salt 1 tsp and ajinomo, give it a good mix and keep-aside. Chicken Shami Kabab Ingredients Chanay ki daal ( split bengal gram )250 gm Chicken boneless (thigh pieces) 500 gm Water 5 to 6 glass Onions 2 medium sized Garlic 6 to 8 cloves Black pepper corns 8 Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Red ch ili powder 1 tbsp Ajinomo 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp S alt to taste Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch (chopped) Green chilies 6 to 7 finely chopped Lemon 2 medium sized Eggs 2 (beaten) Oil 4 to 6 tbsp (for frying)   Method In  pot add chicken, lentils, water, onions, garlic, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, red chili powder, ajinomoto, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Bring it to boil, then cover and cook on low medium flame for 1 hour, after that cook on high flame until water dries, turn off the flame and let it cool. Special Matar Pulaao wid Spicy Chili Chutney Ingredients Rice 1 1/2 bowl 750 gram Water 2 bowl Oil 1/2 cup Onion 1 medium sized (sliced) Whole garam masala to taste Ginger Garlic paste 3 tbsp Peas 1 cup Green chilies 4-5 finely chopped Tomato 3 medium sized (sliced) Yogurt 1/2 cup Salt as required Orange food color 1/4 tsp green chilies 2 (lengthwise )  Spicy Chili chuthey Ingredients Tomato 1 small Cumin seeds 1 tsp Round red chilies 6 to 8 Garlic cloves 6 Salt 1/2 tsp Water 2 to 3 tbsp Method First wash and soak rice for 30 mins. then heat oil fry onion until light golden now add whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste fry for a while, Now add peas, green chilies, tomatoes salt and yogurt. stir continuously until oil separates, add little cover and cook on low heat until peas becomes tender. Pista Kulfi Ingredients Milk 1/2 liter Sugar 1/2 cup Pistachio 60 gram (chopped) Khoya 250 gram Fresh cream 1 pack or 200 ml Green food color few drops Method First boil the milk, add sugar in it when sugar dissolves in milk then add pistachio and cook for 2 mins, now switch off the flame. now add khoya, Cream and food color mix well. and let it cool.  Now pour this mixture on kulfi moulds cover them tightly and keep them freezer for overnight. Quick & Delicious Chicken Curry (Bhunna hua Chicken) Ingredients Chicken 1/2 kg Tomatoes 3 (cut into slices) Onions 2 ( slices) Green chilies 3 (lengthwise) Coriander leaves some (chopped) Yogurt 1 cup Salt to taste Cinnamon stick 1 small Cloves 2 Black pepper corns 5 Red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Oil 1/2 cup Ginger 1 inch piece (julienne cut) Method Heat oil, add onions, chicken, garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, cinnamon stick, black pepper corns, cloves, cumin seeds, red chili, coriander seeds, and salt, mix them well, cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done. After that add green chilies and cook on high flame continuously until oil separates. now sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and ginger and switch off the flame.
