Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Chicken Broast Origenal Recipe

  • Ingredients
  1. Chicken broast pieces 8 ( with skin )
  2. Vinegar 1/3 cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  5. Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  6. All purpose f;our ( maida )1 cup
  7. Cornflour 1/2 cup
  8. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  9. Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  10. Chicken powder 4 tbsp
  11. White pepper powder 4 tbsp
  12. Salt 1 tsp
  13. Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  14. Eggs 3
  15. Oil for frying
  • Garlic sauce ingredients
  1. Mayonnaise 1 cup
  2. White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Fresh cream 1 cup
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic clove 1
  • Method
step 1:- 
in bowl, add vinegar, salt as required, red chili powder, ajinomo and chicken pieces.
mix well and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2:-
In bowl, add Flour, cornflour, rice flour, garlic powder, chicken powder, white pepper powder, salt 1 tsp and ajinomo,
give it a good mix and keep-aside.

Step 3:-
Beat egg and keep-aside

Step 4:-
Coat chicken pieces with flour then dip it in the eggs, again coat with flour and keep-aside for 30 mins.
Now heat oil and fry chicken pieces on low flame until golden and crisp and chicken becomes tender .
Broast is ready to eat :)

For Garlic sauce 

In blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth
garlic dip sauce is ready to serve.
