Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Aloo Gobi

  • Ingredients
  1. Cauliflower 1 (cut into thin pieces)
  2. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp (chopped)
  3. Carrot 1 (cut into cubes)
  4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  6. Lemon 1
  7. Onion 3 medium (sliced)
  8. Tomato 3 medium (sliced)
  9. Potato 2 medium (sliced)
  10. Green chilies 3-4 finely cut
  11. Oil 1/3 cup
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Red chili powder 1tbsp
  14. Salt as required
  15. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  16. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  17. Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Method
Heat oil, add onions, whole garam masala, fry until onion becomes light golden.
Now add cauliflower, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste, stir continuously for 3 mins.
now add potatoes cook for a while, now add tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and coriander power mix it well,
add carrots and some water cover and cook util everything becomes tender, now add green chilies, coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice and switch off the flame.
serve with chapaati :)
