Chicken Shami Kabab
Bring it to boil, then cover and cook on low medium flame for 1 hour, after that cook on high flame until water dries, turn off the flame and let it cool.
In food processor, add coriander leaves, green chilies, chicken mixture, eggs and lemon juice grind well.
after grinding the stuff, make kabab with your hands.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry kabab.
Chicken Shami Kabab are ready serve with ketchup :)

- Chanay ki daal ( split bengal gram )250 gm
- Chicken boneless (thigh pieces) 500 gm
- Water 5 to 6 glass
- Onions 2 medium sized
- Garlic 6 to 8 cloves
- Black pepper corns 8
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ajinomo 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch (chopped)
- Green chilies 6 to 7 finely chopped
- Lemon 2 medium sized
- Eggs 2 (beaten)
- Oil 4 to 6 tbsp (for frying)
