Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Special Matar Pulaao wid Spicy Chili Chutney
  • Ingredients
  1. Rice 1 1/2 bowl 750 gram
  2. Water 2 bowl
  3. Oil 1/2 cup
  4. Onion 1 medium sized (sliced)
  5. Whole garam masala to taste
  6. Ginger Garlic paste 3 tbsp
  7. Peas 1 cup
  8. Green chilies 4-5 finely chopped
  9. Tomato 3 medium sized (sliced)
  10. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  11. Salt as required
  12. Orange food color 1/4 tsp
  13. green chilies 2 (lengthwise
  • Spicy Chili chuthey Ingredients
  1. Tomato 1 small
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  3. Round red chilies 6 to 8
  4. Garlic cloves 6
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Water 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Method
First wash and soak rice for 30 mins.
then heat oil fry onion until light golden now add whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste fry for a while,
Now add peas, green chilies, tomatoes salt and yogurt.
stir continuously until oil separates, add little cover and cook on low heat until peas becomes tender.
Now add 2 bowl of water and bring it to boil, add soaked rice and cook on high flame until water dries.
In the end sprinkle food color, place some green chilies and put on dum for 10 to 12 mins.
rice are ready :)

In a blender add all ingredients ,
blend well, 
Spicy Chili Chutney is ready to serve with Special Matar Pulaao :)
