Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook

Ingredients

  1. CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG
  2. BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP
  3. RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP
  4. SALT 1 TSP
  5. SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP
  6. SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP
  7. VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP
  8. OIL 2 TBSP
  9. CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES 
  10. TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES
  11. ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES
  12. GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP
  13. TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP
  14. CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP
  15. TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP
  16. WATER 1/2 CUP
  17. CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER

METHOD

IN A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED, 
SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP,
MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR.
IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL,
COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER.
TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT.
IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP,
VINEGAR 1 TSP, SOY SAUCE 2 TBSP, SALT 1/2 TSP, BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP AND SUGAR 1 TSP . MIX IT WELL
NOW ADD WATER AND CORNFLOUR MIX IN WATER.
COOK ON LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL DESIRED THICKNESS.
NOW ADD COOKED CHICKEN AND VEGGIES , MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE FLAME.
SERVE WITH FRIED RICE.
