Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Quick & Delicious Chicken Curry
(Bhunna hua Chicken)

  • Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Tomatoes 3 (cut into slices)
  3. Onions 2 ( slices)
  4. Green chilies 3 (lengthwise)
  5. Coriander leaves some (chopped)
  6. Yogurt 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cinnamon stick 1 small
  9. Cloves 2
  10. Black pepper corns 5
  11. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  12. Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  13. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  15. Oil 1/2 cup
  16. Ginger 1 inch piece (julienne cut)
  • Method
Heat oil, add onions, chicken, garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, cinnamon stick, black pepper corns, cloves, cumin seeds, red chili, coriander seeds, and salt, mix them well, cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done.
After that add green chilies and cook on high flame continuously until oil separates.
now sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and ginger and switch off the flame.
