Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Tandoori Chicken Popcorn

  • Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless 400 gram
  2. Maida 1 cup (all purpose flour)
  3. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
  5. Tandoori masala 2tbsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Oil for frying
  • Method
In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt, give them a good mix and marinate for 1 hour, then coat chicken pieces with flour.
Heat oil and fry chicken pieces on low heat until golden and crisp. 
Take out on the absorbent paper 
Tandoori chicken popcorn are ready to serve :)
