Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, VINEGAR 1 TS
Vegetable Biryani

  • Ingredients

  1. Potatoes 2 medium sized (cut into cubes)
  2. Tomatoes 2 medium size sliced
  3. Onion 2 sliced medium sized
  4. Capsicum 1 (cut into cubes)
  5. Carrot 1 (cubes)
  6. Fresh mint leaves
  7. Green chilies 3 to 4 lengthwise
  8. peas 1/4 cup
  9. Rice 1/2 kg
  10. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  12. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  13. Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  15. Black pepper corns 5 -6
  16. Salt as required
First boil the rice with salt and set aside.
Heat some oil in a wok and add onin slices, cook until golden brown, now add cumin seeds, black pepper corns, potatoes and garlic, cook for 2 mins.
now add tomatoes, peas and carrot, cover and cook on low heat until everything becomes tender.
After that add salt, chaat masala 1/2 tsp, coriander powder, red chili powder, biryani masala powder and capsicum, cook continuously until oil separates, now switch off the flame.
Take a pot grease with little bit oil, place rice then vagetable curry, layer with remaining rice, sprinkle some orange food color, place green chilies and mint leaves and put on dum for about 10 to 15 mins.
Spicy Vegetable Biryani serve with Raita :)
