IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. Sindhi Chicken Karahi

  • Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
  2. Onion 3 (sliced)
  3. Tomatoes 4
  4. Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Green chilies 3-4 ( lengthwise )
  6. Yogurt 1 cup
  7. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  8. Chili flakes 1 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  11. Cumin seed grinned 1/2 tsp
  12. Black pepper grinned 1/2 tsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  14. Salt as required
  15. Oil 1 cup
  • Method
Heat oil in a wok, add onion sliced, fry until light golden.
Now add chicken , ginger garlic paste, stir continuously for 5 minutes.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chili flakes, salt, tomatoes sliced & yogurt mix well, cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done.
Now add cumin seeds grinned, black pepper grinned and green chilies lengthwise cook on high flame continuously until oil separates, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
SERVE WITH NAAN OR CHAPAATI :)
