Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, ...
Special Channa Biryani

  • Ingredients
  1. Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
  2. Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
  3. Biryani masala 3 tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Gram masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Cinnamon stick 1
  8. Black pepper corns 6 -8
  9. Orange food color 1/4 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  12. Green chilies 5-6 (lengthwise)
  13. Fresh mint leaves
  14. Onions 4 medium size (sliced)
  15. Tomatoes 4 medium size (sliced)
  16. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  17. Oil 1/2 cup
  18. Rice 1 kg


  • Method
First boil the rice with salt and keep-aside.
Then heat oil in a wok add onions fry till golden brown,
now add cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick, tomatoes and garlic, cook until tomato becomes tender.
now add boiled chickpeas, biryani masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt.
mix well , cover and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 mins.
After that add tamarind pulp mix and switch off the flame.
Take another pot and grease with little bit oil, layer of boiled rice then chickpeas curry agin layer of rice, sprinkle food color, place green chilies and mint leaves, now put on dum for 10 to 15 mins.
Special chickpeas biryani is ready :)
Serve with Raita and Salad :)
