Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. Mayo Garlic Sauce for Shawarma

  • Ingredients
  1. Mayonnaise 1 cup
  2. Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  3. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
  7. Vinegar 1 tsp
  8. Milk 1/2 cup

  • Method
In a blender add mayonnaise, mustard paste, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic, vinegar and milk, 
Blend them well.
Mayo Garlic sauce is ready for shawarma..
