Chicken Shashlik By Yes I Can Cook Ingredients CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP RED CHILI CRUSHED 1 TSP SALT 1 TSP SUGAR 1 TBSP & 1TSP SOY SAUCE 5 TBSP VINEGAR 1 TBSP & 1/2 TSP OIL 2 TBSP CAPSICUM 1 CUT IN CUBES  TOMATO SEEDLESS 1 CUT IN CUBES ONION 1 CUT IN CUBES GARLIC CRUSHED 1 TSP TOMATO PASTE 1 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP 4 TBSP WATER 1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR 1 TSP MIX IN 1 TBSP WATER METHOD I N A BOWL ADD CHICKEN, BLACK PEPPER 1 TBSP, RED CHILI CRUSHED,  SALT 1/2 TSP, SUGAR 1 TBSP, SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP, VINEGAR 1 TBSP, MIX WELL, AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR. IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, ...
Khoya Kulfi
  • Ingredients
  1. Khoya 200 g (Whole Milk).
  2. Sugar 1 cup .
  3. Kewra Water 1/2 tbsp (Rose water ).
  4. Corn flour 1 tbsp + water 1 tbsp .
  5. Fresh cream 1 pack .
  6. Fresh Milk 1/2 litre .
  • Method
Step 1 . Pour Milk into a saucepan , let it boil , add sugar and cook on medium flame for 3 to 5 minnutes , then add cornflour and cook for 2 minutes more , now milk is thickened . Switch off the flame .

Step 2 . Add kewra water or rose water , khoya , fresh cream in a milk and whisk it . let it cool .

Step 3. Pour that kulfi milk in kulfi moulds , cover them and freeze them for 8 to 10 hours until you feel the kulfi is solidified . Your Kulfi is now ready .
