IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, ...

Delicious Chickpeas


  • Ingredients
  1. Chickpeas 200 grams
  2. Turmeric 1/3 tsp
  3. Salt as required
  4. Potato 1 (cut into small cubes)
  5. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Green chillies chopped 2
  7. lemon 1
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Onion, Tomato & Fresh coriander chopped for garnishing...

  • Method
First soak the chickpeas for overnight.

Then wash them.
Boil 4 glass of water add chickpeas salt and turmeric cook until chickpeas becomes soft, 
Now add potato cubes and cook for 10 mins or until potato become tender.
When potato become soft and water dries then add red chili powder, green chillies, lemon juice mix well and cook for 2 mins more.
now turn off the flame.
sprinkle chaat masala, garnish with onion, tomato and fresh coriander leaves.
Mazedaar Channay are ready to serve :)
