IN A PAN ADD OIL 1 TBSP, ADD MARINATED CHICKEN MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES TENDERER. TAKE IT OUT , IN SAME PAN ADD VEGES STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH FLAME THEN TAKE IT OUT. IN SAME PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD GARLIC CRUSHED, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,  NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, TOMATO KETCHUP, ...
Chicken and Macaroni soup


  • ingredients
  1. Chicken breast 1 (chopped)
  2. Onion small 1 (chopped)
  3. Garlic 1/2 tsp (chopped)
  4. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1 pinch
  7. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  8. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  9. Chicken stock 4 glass
  10. Salt as required
  11. Green chili 1 (chopped)
  12. Macaroni 1 cup (boiled)
  13. Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  14. Cornflour 3 tbsp (dissoled in water)
  15. Egg 1 
  16. Spirng onion 2 (green part) chopped
  • Method
First heat oil in a wok, add onion and garlic, saute for some time.
Now add chicken, black pepper and turmeric, cook until chicken changes color, after that add soy sauce, vinegar and chicken stock, cook on low flame for 12 to 15 mins.
Now add salt, green chili, macaroni and chili sauce,  stir well.
Mix cornflour in water and add gradually, cook until desired thickness. 
Beat egg and add while stirring continuously, in the last add spring onion and switch off the flame.

Serve with Soy sauce, Chili sauce and Vinegar :)
